It's the only "white" cake I'll eat! I almost always go with a chocolate, cappuccino, or red velvet cake. That is, until I discovered Phood on Main's chocolate mousse amaretto cake. With each bite, you get almond, chocolatey goodness. This melt-in-your-mouth cake makes my palate tingle. Of course, the ladle's worth of chocolate frosting and crunchy almonds help too!
