So I may be biased since I was so lucky as to get this lovely little slice as a birthday gift and got to enjoy it at my desk, but wow, what a delightful few bites. Layers of light hazelnut cake alternated with layers of fluffy coffee buttercream for a cake that was not terribly sweet but still enjoyably decadent. The icing on the cake--both literally and figuratively? A thin layer of raspberry jelly.
