I have to admit I didn't grow up with "tres leches" in the house, so I felt a little reluctant raving about this dessert, but after affirmation from friends who intimately know this Latin specialty, I can surely say that this is definitely yummilicious. Moist without being soggy, rich yet fresh and not overly decadent. And the sugared pecans on top ... not traditional for sure, but a welcomed pizzaz!
