Ricotta and Mascarpone Cheesecake

Wow, wow, wow! Perhaps the finest specimen of cheesecake I've ever had, this sweet treat's magic is in the cheese. (Read: ricotta. And marscapone.) Unlike other heavy, stick-to-the-roof-of-your-mouth cheesecakes, this revelation from Reservoir is more spongey-- sorta like styrofoam. Delicious styrofoam! The round shape is unexpected and the freshly made blackberry/blueberry coulis on top adds a sublimely sweet tang. And that crust? Yeh, that's made-from-scratch chocolate graham cracker. I almost ordered two after I saw (and tasted) just how good it is, but restrained myself. Next time, I won't be so ridiculous.
