I'm a sucker for rhymes, period, but the coffee toffee is more than just a pretty name. More on the hard-packed side than soft, the texture is still creamy-melty, with crunchy nuggets of burnt buttery toffee hiding throughout and appearing like mischievous elves... after taking these on the road after eating a sit-down lunch in the cafe weirdly felt like wearing new shoes directly out of the store. that is to say: badass.
