The Cityfish Restaurant thinks outside of the box with its Fried Oreo Sundae. The eatery deep-fries three Oreo cookies and places them on the sides of a large sundae. The cool treat also includes Blue Bell vanilla ice cream, hot fudge, whipped cream, Oreo sprinkles and one regular Oreo cookie on top. The deep-fried Oreos were crunchy, not too hot, weren’t gooey and still tasted like Oreo cookies that were melted together and enclosed in a skin-like texture. Mixed with the other sundae ingredients, the dessert equals a complete yum fest that’s ideal for two people.
