Everything at Grezzo is raw and vegan, but especially when it comes to desserts, these facts are easy to forget. The Mocha Meringue is so decadent and delicate, the very idea that it is primarily made up of nuts and cacao seems a little mind-boggling. The mousse is smooth and chocolately with a low level of sweet that helps turn up the volume on the slightly bitter tones as it melts blissfully on your tongue. A crumble crust and chocolate malt gelato pair nicely on the plate while a mysterious sprinkling of sour-sweet (possibly dehydrated fruit), edible flowers and a tumble of fresh berries and kiwi set it over the top.
