If it is ambiance and great service you want, you are not going to find it in Vacarro's Italian Pastry's Union Station Food Court location. However, their small chocolate-covered cannoli is good! The waffle was crisp, and the ricotta filling was sweet. The slightly bitter chocolate flavor pulled the whole thing together. Alas, the place doesn't even have paper plates...but then you'll be finished with your dessert in less than a few minutes, so all you really need is a napkin.
