No Bostonian sugartooth is a stranger to Joanne Chang's Flour "dessert comes first" Bakery, and these raspberry bars (the photo is one "serving" split at the table into just-as-dense quadrants to share) are a pastry-pandering daydream. The just-over-the-edge hint of saltiness make these traditional snacks more drool-inducing than usual. Ponderberry!
