In the South, where everyone seems to think we fry everything, it should have come as no surprise to see fresh blueberries stuffed in a pie crust and fried. I'd only heard about these little 'handy' treats from my mom, who said she always loved them growing up. So, here they finally were - fresh handmade fried pies in blueberry, peach and cherry. I'm a sucker for anything blueberry, especially from a farmers market!
